Article 3 – Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before concluding the agreement, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate where and how the terms and conditions can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.

Article 4 – The offer

  1. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
  2. This offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change and modify the offer.
  3. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images are a true representation. Obvious mistakes or errors are not binding on the entrepreneur.
  4. Each offer contains sufficient information so that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are associated with accepting the offer.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.

If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance electronically. Until receipt is confirmed, the consumer can cancel the agreement.

The entrepreneur takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensures a secure web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, the entrepreneur will observe appropriate security measures.

The entrepreneur may, within legal frameworks, investigate whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations. If the entrepreneur has good reason not to enter into the agreement, they are entitled to refuse an order or impose special conditions on its execution.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products, consumers have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons within 30 days. This period begins on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer in advance, receives the product.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they must return the product in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the consumer has already made a payment, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation, provided the product has been returned in good condition.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for products that:

  • are manufactured to consumer specifications;
  • be clearly personal in nature;
  • for hygienic reasons cannot be returned if the seal is broken;
  • can spoil or become outdated quickly.

Article 9 – Prices

All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Errors and omissions excepted. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import VAT may be charged to the consumer.

Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications in the offer, and legal provisions. Complaints must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery.

The warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is void if the product has been misused, self-repaired, or exposed to abnormal conditions.

Article 11 – Personal data

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our Privacy Statement , which can be viewed on our website.

Article 12 – Errors and inaccuracies

Information on the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct these without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.
